CBRE

Senior Graphic Artist

July 2021 - May 2025

Las Vegas, NV

My job duties at CBRE consisted of creating all kinds of presentations (OM’s, BPO’s, property listings, team capability brochures, quarterly market overviews and more) for the property marketing and business development departments in both print and digital formats. It was a regional position also serving the Denver, Albuquerque and Boise, ID offices. I also designed social media requests, maps, videos/animations, and managed the “LG” which was a large electronic display where teams could navigate throughout areas of interests using “KMZ” files via Google Earth Pro, which I also would create. The position also included many taking on many special requests, such as creating a multimedia brochure for the Greater Albuquerque Talent and Industry Report, which won an international award (BRONZE) from the IEDC (International Economic Development Council) in the category of multimedia design in 2024. At the local Las Vegas Office level, I won the 2023 BOP Professional of the Year award. GoWireless, Inc.

Graphic Artist

Las Vegas, NV

GoWireless is an Authorized Retailer of Verizon. My duties included designing online campaigns and indoor digital signage following Verizon standards and other branding requirements from names like Samsung, Google, Motorola, Apple and more. Each campaign needed to be approved by either Verizon and/or the vendor (depending on funding). I was also responsible for designing custom marketing materials and logos for subsidiary companies and departments within GoWireless, such as CellBrokerage, GRIP Insurance, GoAdvantage, FIXIT Mobile and others. I created a mobile app protocol and some landing pages as well. I received job requests through Basecamp, and later through Wrike, supplied by the Marketing Manager. I am pleased to say that in 2018, I won the Employee of the Quarter award. I am personally most pleased with my Black Friday/Holiday Catalog promotion. I am most thankful for becoming familiar with After Effects and Premiere Pro during my time with the company, which now allows me to create animated banners and MP4 video banners for use on social media, web, digital signage and slide presentations as well.
