Cleaner/Floor Tech 09/2010-08/2021

·Have cleaned a wide range of buildings, offices and churches. I supervised a team of 6 at the company's main account for over 5 years, with the customer not having any complaints. I have experience in supporting their master carpet cleaner by helping with equipment, chemicals, moving of furniture, vacuuming and most importantly I was to keep the machine lines out of the way so the Master Carpet Cleaner could focus on getting the job done.

· In charge of daily operations in a small manufacturing company. I helped to move and create the needed systems and processes to transfer from parts being created in house as the clients ordered them, to out sourcing those parts. Part numbers and lead times needed to be developed along with finding documentation on part measurements and material type since that data had disappeared off of the computers. This included helping to set up and maintain an inventory system to track the flow of the parts. I documented everything I could and made several back ups so hopefully the company does not have to go through that again.

· On s daily basis I pulled the purchase orders from over 3 different platforms. I corrected prices and verified the parts and part numbers if needed. I then created the invoices and packing slips. I then pulled the parts and packaged them as needed then I boxed the parts for shipment. Then I used UPS's WordlShip (online) to generate the shipping labels for our boxes. If the order required a crate to be used, I then used FedEx's online label and pick up creation software. This has included orders out of the country which requires additional documentation.

· One of our largest vendors placed new requirements on the company. These requirements had to be done and 'graded' by our client. Our company had to receive a 'C' or better if we wanted to continue to do business with this client. There was nothing in place to meet these new requirements so I learned how to do Risk Assessments on our machines, chemicals and procedures, Then I created the necessary documents, manuals and reports to keep our grade at an 'A'. Occasionally as requirements changed or were added we would slip down to a 'B' until I could get the issue taken care of.

· I helped manage our small team of 5, making sure they followed our safety procedures in the shop, warehouse and the offices. I ordered supplies for the company. I was privy to printing purchase orders, creating invoices, pulling the parts, boxing them and then shipping them. I calculated employee hours for payroll and submitted them to the payroll company. Along with billing and many other functions.

I was the support and back up when they launched their student portal. I have helped to maintain the required data for their state reporting. I have rewritten their over 3000 custom programs. Moving them from the InfoBasic platform to their tool kit platform which is more of GUI. I set up and implemented their automated advises for personnel, as well as helping to bring their Admissions application not only to automation but automation through the web. I have several certificates from Datatel their software provider for all the training I have taken part of.
