• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization, including maintaining an effective document control system and procedures.

• Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date, in accordance with organizational standards and procedures.

• Perform quality checks on documentation to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

• Generation of reference numbers for submittals from Ashghal APMS system.
