oMaintained accountability of 10 million dollars of government IT assets in support of 1200 government and contractor personnel. Utilized U.S. Army's Standard Property Book Unit Supply-Enhanced (SPBS-R) and commercial Red Beam asset management systems. Conducted monthly and cyclic inventories to ensure property custodians were compliant with published policies.

oEnsured teammates properly dispose of hardware assets to the U.S. Department of Defense, Defense Reutilization Management Office identified as inoperable or surplus. Managed personnel responsible for receiving bar coding, storage and distribution of mission related supplies and equipment.

oTeamed with other functional areas within DTRA, participating in strategic working groups and integration teams to enhance client support. Developed and managed life-cycle replacement plan (LCMP) data of assigned and software asset.

oTo obtain LCMP hardware data, I researched hardware vendors websites for each asset; approximately 6,000, to capture purchase date, warranty start and end dates. Additionally, I had to conduct extensive research to capture end-of life and end of sale.

oReconciled cost of each asset to ensure cost were synchronized with property accounting database. LCMP enabled client to capture, warranty, end of life, end of support and warranty start and end dates of said hardware assets.

oDirectly responsible for management and renewal of copier, printer, phone contracts, and other direct cost contracts totaling over $130K annually. Developed and/or reviews product.
