Ensure to comply the requirements of latest ISO 9001, Contract, all applicable QatarEnergy Standards, International Codes & Standards, Shell DEPs & MESC, Project Specifications Coordinating the quality management activities of QA/QC team and maintaining interfaces between PMT's and QA/QC Team to ensure a consistent, effective Quality approach across the Project; monitors Sub-Contractors quality performance, provides, and distributes surveillance metrics as described in the QMS Control Procedures. Ensures the implementation of project-specific quality training and orientation; provides direction to the Project QA/QC Team in their daily Roles and Tasks. Lead and manage a multi-discipline QA/QC team, ensuring adherence to inspection and test plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepares and manages the Audit Schedule and stewards audit findings to resolution and closure.; reviewing and commenting on Sub-Contractors and Vendors schedule(s) for internal and external technical and quality audits, and the plans for each audit; ensuring Project Management Team reviews and, as required quality deliverables of Sub-Contractors and Vendors/suppliers (e.g., plans, Criticality Ratings, Inspection and Test Plans). Ensure certifications requirements detailed in the project specification, data sheets and associated criticality / inspection levels of the respective equipment / materials. Participate in the technical clarification meetings with suppliers and provide QA/QC input while concluding Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs). Review and provide technical input on the SOW for Maintenance/construction contracts related to upgrade, repair/modification works, performing Technical Bid evaluations, review all vendor documents and ensure compliance to QA/QC requirements during execution including shutdowns.
Review and ensure that supplier QA/QC deliverables and resolve the comments before submission to QatarEnergy for approval. With an exception to standard bulk materials, when equipment / material requires EN10204-3.2 certification, relevant manufacturer documents
