I worked a full year on a Conversion Contractual Team to clean-up & audit Insurance claims and policies according to their new Privacy Policy regulations

• All of this was done while keeping track of 18 different fund clients I was also chosen by my VP to maintain a second Job of project Leader for a different team

This team required me to test & lead a project for New Business team which involved preparing for a new client to access our new system so our job was

to convert their system files onto our system format

• This was very involved processed and time consuming in man hours We had to travel and we were constantly on call because of the upgrades through our Systems and output teams

I had to still maintain my current role with my operations dept while traveling whether getting someone to cover for my absence or working later hours and weekends if I was not away on a project

• The traveling was about 60% of the time, most of it local some out of state This opportunity was quite the challenge for me, but it made me more efficient in many ways, learn to maneuver my time & responsibilities effectively & learn to be more flexible with scheduling which allowed me to see where growth could lie ahead for my staff in my absence
