Served as the primary POC for e-Matrix activities. Controlled and facilitated the configuration, change management, and approval process efforts for all technical manuals, drawings, instructions, photographic files and other reference materials. FROM MAY 2001 TO APRIL 2006, I acted as "book boss" for IETMs on the Ground Based Missile Defense (GBMD) project. The configuration of multiple hardware and software suppliers working via multi-locations, companies and platforms participate to simulate the highly complex components of a missile test. Responsibilities included writing a Data Management Plan (DMP) (for each test) that describes all aspects of GBMD ground test data management to include data gathering, data handling and creation of data item descriptions (DIDs).
FROM SEPTEMBER OF 1999 UNTIL MAY 2001, I worked on the International Space Station (ISS) project as the crew trainer and ground control point of contact. Served as Payload Operation Data File (PODF) crew trainer for ISS Payload Support Operations. Regularly traveled to Houston Space Center to interview scientists, in order to translate complicated scientific procedures into understandable and verifiable instructions. Verified payload procedures, both written and electronic, against equipment and applications. Responsible for identifying any deficiencies prior to crew training and providing ground console support to crew, during experimental operations on board the space station. Provided mission support through pre-mission onsite crew training and real-time remote mission support to the ISS.

While working out of the Shalimar, FL office, in a 100% travel position, I was accountable to deploy Automated Business Services System (ABSS) (a paperless procurement) software and training Air Force installation personnel as assigned. This was a three-phase responsibility.
Pre-Implementation phase consisted of a 1-week visit to the installation to assess needs for any special requirements before I returned with a training team for the Implementation. As Team Leader, I worked with the Comptroller office to negotiate a training schedule and other needs prior to the Implementation phase. Duties as team leader included leadership of a team (3-6 people), creation/updates to all training material to include deliverables such as user manuals, Site Surveys and help desk references. Led training efforts for delivery to 400-3000 personnel per base, in the use and maintenance of the software, including train-the-trainers. I trained personnel to maintain and use proprietary elements of server and software effectively. Regularly interfaced with upper management, Government and Military contacts, and CSC software developers to establish requirements and ensure that software configuration would meet customer needs.
During the Implementation phase, responsibilities included management of all logistical issues at a base wide level for user accounts, firewalls and interfaces into other military accounting systems (IAPS, BCAS etc.). Managed training schedules of other CSC trainers, role assignment of ABBS users, managed and participated in client installations, training personnel on their back-up procedures and was responsible for all presentations to the Military and Government leadership.
Post – Implementation phase was an additional 1-2 week visit (no team) back to the military installation to resolve any remaining installation / migration issues. Conducted post-training analysis and resolved any training or documentation gaps that existed.
