●Assures that all financial, employment and business records and all transaction data are correctly, accurately and timely documented and maintained using PowerChurch (Power Church) software.

●Works with the Chair of Finance to obtain an annual review and/or audit that encompasses all cash accounts of the Church.

●Processes payroll on a bi-weekly basis and prepares bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly payroll tax forms and makes necessary deposits and prepare W-2s and 1099’s at year-end.
