I served as Medical Records Director for three Nursing Facilities during this period. My responsibilities included reviewing patient records and determining their diagnoses. Then assigning the appropriate ICD-10 codes for billing, providing the information to the therapy department and the billing office. I organized and maintained all patient information, working closely with area physicians and hospitals.
I am knowledgeable in medical terminology and have been commended for my communication skills.
At this time, I am wishing to maintain a part-time position, working remotely.
