Iam writing to express my interest in the position of Human Resources Officer at your esteemed organization. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Entrepreneurship from the National University of Lesotho, which has equipped me with strong administrative, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Currently, I am employed as an HR/IR at Concor Nthane Brothers JV, where I have gained extensive experience in payroll management systems, recruitment and selection, employee orientation, employee relations, training and development, performance management systems, staff welfare, and employee remuneration and benefits. Previously, I worked as an HR/Admin Officer at Maluti Adventist College, where I actively participated in institutional committees such as the procurement committee, responsible for acquiring operational supplies and college assets. Additionally, I contributed to the development of the institutional sustainability plan.
