Functional Description:

At BB&T, I was a Senior Business Analyst functioning as a Project Manager. I was hired to work directly with IT and other Senior Business Analyst to fulfill the necessary functionalities.

My primary function was to lead a team with the mass migration of data from AS400 based software to SAP based databases. I also had to create and execute a standard operation procedure to mediate business communications between the governmental auditors, BB&T personnel and all of it’s' vendors. I had to manage multi-million dollar spreadsheets using various V-Look ups and Pivot Table implementations. I was also tasked to contact, maintain business relations, inform and correspond with over 6000 vendors on various technology based platforms along with keeping digital records and producing queries of all of the progress for reporting to upper management. This position required an intimate knowledge of Mergers and Acquisition protocols, Mass Transfers of data procedures, Inshore and offshore Licensing and Contractual issues, High levels of documenting and collecting data, multiple database manipulations, detailed oriented, deadline driven and the ability to have effective business communication with all levels of mgmt. My team consisted of 12 individuals.

At Wells Fargo, I was also brought onto the team to assist in the mass transition of data, data mining, and global internal database changes. Moving from Pega to SAP and implementing a new SWP Platform technology, I worked closely with IT to quality control the pre-transfer data. I used multiple spreadsheets and databases to research, transfer, manipulate and report to upper mgmt. This process decommissioned customer databases and redundant employee systems based on mergers and acquisitions. This functionality required an individual with familiarity with Pega, SAP, AS400 based applications, Oracle, Ariba and 7 other INTERNAL SYSTEMS and web portals.

I also worked as a project manager for 5 of the 8 years in the U.S Army for contracts and governmental compliance in a Logistical Aviation Distribution environment. I was cross functionally trained to understand and maintain all forms of database systems. My title was Database Logistical Specialist and Inventory Control Manager. In this role, I was the project manager with 9 subordinates. This position had a high necessity of relational database experience.
