As a baker with Panera I was responsible for the daily bakes of the store I was assigned. I was often assigned to working at different stores in the Sacramento Area. I was to ensure a high quality of product and production of baked goods such as, bagels, bread loafs, baguettes, bear claws, and cookies among other baked goods. Prepare dough by measuring, cutting and kneading. During the night shift I was to pull product from the freezer and unload truck shipments as well.
