Manages workforce enrollment in courses for the Individual Training at both NATO School Oberammergau (NSO) and NATO Communications and Information Academy (NCIA) systems

Wrote the current SOI for Individual Training and the Individual Training Section of the current COS Directive for JFCNF

Trains the Divisional Training Coordinators (TCs) to help facilitate enrollment of personnel

Leads the Individual Training Working Group, a regular TC meeting to discuss new systems, current issues, and needs from the various divisions

Actively seeks participants to fill seats in upcoming allocated classes and turns back seats to prevent unnecessary financial costs for the command

Checks Job Descriptions (JDs) of personnel, especially newcomers, for all required courses to confirm the current tool being used to monitor and record completion of courses as part of the onboarding process for personnel at JFCNF

Confirms course codes in NSO and NCIA Course Catalogues with ETOC codes found in job descriptions

Confirms details of allocated courses

Managed the 2026 bidding process for both NSO and NCIA courses

Participated in the bidding process for 2025 seats in NSO and NCIA courses

Maintains constant communication with administrators at NSO and NCIA as part of data management of Individual Training requirements and filling seats on courses

Communicates with Directorates (ACOS, BH, TCs) to determine training needs to mitigate any potential training shortfalls
