Awards

Alkami Technology - Mettle Award 12/2019

This Alkamist is a machine passionately cranking out large quantities of quality code for over 4 years. He loves to tackle the most complex technical problems and has a can-do attitude. We recently had an iOS-related RDC issue that was preventing some customers from depositing checks. We were not able to reproduce this issue. Our FIs were not happy. With a one day notice, he jumped on a plane to go to Enrichment to work with an individual that could actually reproduce the issue. He was able to determine the problem and prepare a solution in a couple of hours. To prepare for a trip like this with very short notice and to flawlessly execute took courage, determination, and true grit. Mettle! Recently Apple released iOS 13. Several of our vendors had compatibility issues with iOS 13. There was a widespread fear that people who upgraded would not be able to use our RDC feature. The RDC vendor could not supply us with a compatible version until iOS was released. This puts tremendous pressure on the team to quickly build a compatible mobile release. As soon as the vendors provided updates, this Alkamist jumped into action alongside his team exhibiting Mettle to provide an iOS 13 compatible application. With Optimistic Perseverance, he is a strong advocate for architecting the best possible mobile solutions. With Caring Collaboration he remains flexible when necessary. As a Trusted technical leader he exhibits Courageous Innovation. He is driven to make our Native Mobile apps the best apps on the market. And he likes to have real fun because his candy bowls are never empty. Please help me congratulate Nathan Stoltenberg on this Mettle award!
