Duties and Responsibilities

i.Conduct direct marketing, negotiate with Teachers, for possible loan/re-loan, and assist/coordinate buy out activities for Teachers with loans in other banks as well Government Financing Institution

ii.Prepares signed documents/requirements and present to Approving bodies for approval.

iii.Ensure completeness of documentary requirements (KYC), necessary clearances, GSIS loans, and other bank loans.

iv.Prepares marketing activity report on the meeting with prospective teachers, school visitation, and existing clients.

v.Assisting with the release of loan proceeds and signing of documents schedule to the teacher

vi.Handles activities in relation to the teachers loans - conduct regular ocular visits to schools within the area of demarcation, assist teachers in buy out of loans from other financing institution.

Duties and Responsibilities

i.Responsible to the disposal/sale of available acquired assets for sale, conduct direct marketing, negotiate with buyers, negotiate for possible redemption/buyback, and assist/coordinate sales activities for Head Office/Branch personnel as well as external brokers.

ii.Prepares approval medium (Credit Memorandum on Sale of ROPA) and present to Approving bodies for approval.

iii.Ensure completeness of documentary requirements (KYC), necessary clearances, title verifications/tax declarations, OFAC, credit and court checking.

iv.Prepares call report on the meeting with prospective buyers, brokers, and existing ROPA clients.

v.Handle the release of sale documents and amortization schedule to the buyer.

vi.Perform paralegal work with the objective of acquiring possession of the asset.

vii.Handles activities in relation to the property management- conduct regular ocular inspection of acquired assets, supervise posting/pull out of caretakers or security guards as needed, in coordination with the Bank’s Security Officer, posting of for sale signage if needed, monitor maintenance and upkeep of assets which are in the Bank’s Possession and turn-over possession of sold property to the buyer.
