Re-engineered the Court Martial process of the Judge Advocate General (JAG) of Navy and Marine Corps to accept cases seamlessly from upstream communities in the new system

Reverse-engineered over 1500 discrete business rules from interface requirements to ensure front end compliance during data entry

Analyzed historical data to develop triggers and alerts to detect potential Medicaid fraud and created datasets for users with specific permission to perform their own ad-hoc analysis to identify patterns and trends

ACTIONET – PROJECT MANAGER 08/2013– 04/2015

Managed an Agile software development team to redesign the National Transit Database (NTD).
