Project: METRO MANILA SUBWAY PROJECT CONTRACT PACKAGE 104 The Project scope is to construct Ortigas Avenue and Shaw Boulevard Above Ground Stations connected by a 4 Km long subway up to Kalayaan Avenue. A $350,000,000 worth project.

• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project planning and scheduling to ensure efficient and timely completion of the projects. Properly identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in the project planning and scheduling. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and implement best practices and lessons learned during the project.

• Lead in Project Management items focusing on Contract management and interpretation, Claim and dispute analysis and Cost and schedule analysis

• Reviewed Contractor's Baseline Schedule and other Programs submitted by the Contractor as required by the Engineer/ Client.

• Verified the progress and reports of the Contractor. Tracked the delays and analyzed the impact on critical path.
