ESTACK – Units contains a lot of parts and bonding on different areas and a lot of screws by using your schematic to assemble your jobs.
LSA-Inserting flex’s, Knobs, and a PCB to a fixture to alien it and using chemicals and the proper tools.
Post-Functional Test – Testing E-stacks and upgrading software and determine if it passed or it’s a failure.
LSA-Inserting seven dials to the LSA, Calibrating the dials and using 3 dots of bonding
LSA-Inserting silver bonding to the seven dials with a small machine and bake in the oven.
Coating -By using your method sheets using air brush, paint brush, auto coat application, and parylene deposition systems as well as other tools including ovens and uv lighting to cure, microscope, ring light, masking and touch- up.
