Shouldered with the accountability of coordinating for all system enhancements required of the legacy and new Mutual Fund accounting systems to ensure the Mutual funds meet their regulatory requirements, business's needs, minimizing risks and maximizing the efficiency of the area; Captured/recognized Income including found from Major Clients (Govt. VIP, International Banks etc.); managed flow of funds to and from the Individuals and oversight of reconciliation with the custodians

Key Deliverables:

Dexterously piloted a team that oversees Daily Fund Valuation of the organization’s two brands of Mutual Fund Products; ensured procedures and controls are in place to safeguard fund assets and the Organization

Dealt with various internal departments and External Auditors / Clients. Prepared daily net asset value per unit for each series under tight timeframes, with high degree of accuracy given the implications of errors to financial loss and customer impact

Actively involved in the coordination of the Fund Raising event; coordination of the annual audit of the Financial Statements and MRFP for each of the Funds and review of semi-annual the Semi-annual Financial Statements and MRFP for each of the Funds by the Funds External Auditors. Incorporated all regulatory changes and coordinated the weekly factors for each of the Funds
