I was part of a high-performance B2C sales team helping everyday consumers get set up with the latest devices, plans, and upgrades to meet their communication needs. Responsibilities
-Closed customers in direct sales format by asking discovery questions & identifying needs to position service plans, phones or any other accessories.
-Managed a fast-paced sales floor while hitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas especially during the Holiday season end of 2024
-Handled common objections like pricing concerns, switching carriers, or device financing with low EC.
-Maintained strong follow-up with hesitant buyers and warm leads to increase conversion rate with a google spreadsheet
-Assisted with activating devices, porting numbers, and data transfers for a seamless customer service; had customers coming back and activating home internet & watches most of the time. Key Achievements
