Temporary Contract Employee Management – Managing the delicate relationship between the County and the contracted employment agencies which contributes to the success of the organization’s operations supported by the management of our temporary workforce which makes up approximately 20% of our working populace. Serve as the primary point of contact for temporary employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with hiring managers to assess temporary staffing needs across various departments.
