Responsibilities:
Over this period of my contract assignment, I have supported Privilege Access Controls (PAC) within the Enterprise Access Management team at Wells Fargo. Daily JIRA tool inputs, compliance checks, mapping variances to the aligning teams, initiating requests, creating or overseeing the requests to assure governance checks are balanced day-to-day as per protocol. I have enjoyed learning, performing analytical scanning on Wells Fargo’s numerous mainframes, database tables, compliance measurements, and being aligned to the technology side of banking. Our core team connects weekly to discuss any new pitfalls with our processes, and continued emphasis placed on data cleanup to the other aligning teams. Daily usage of other tools are documented as such, and other data cleanup efforts are successfully managed within timely announced SLA’s. Access and compliance are huge factors within the banking enterprise segments. Any breach of access within these segments are always deemed at risk, and need to be documented, removed, and leveraged within a few hours of notification.

Data Anslyst/Fieldglass Systems Analyst Jun 2017 – Jul 2022
Responsibilities:
Recognized as the passionate Fieldglass guru/SPOC that provides technical workflow solutions and business value for many Cisco personnel and outside Cisco approved vendors.
My daily tasks include front/backend support to global users, problem/error tracking, custom modifications, systems configurations to name a few. Daily monitoring of various system integrations to assure when systems errors arise, can be debugged using TOAD queries and other customized uploads.
Weekly assistance with global ad-hoc reporting measurements as needed, to assure data is being calculated timely and accurately with scheduled excel reports and also organizational changes.
Worked with a global tool, interface, and processes, ensuring seamless API integration. Coordinated API updates globally, addressing challenges and ensuring smooth operations.
Have self-resolved over 7000+ IT cases, with a medium weekly average of 50-60 cases. Daily tasked included checking the "errors" file, which contained listings of integration errors. 80% were common and the remaining is usually considered "NEW", which also had to be debugged, tested, and repushed via API in production.
The API set up in the testing environment was great when testing large rows of data. Proficient use within a testing environment for debugging and testing scenarios. Once successful alignments were met, utilizing PROD environments to re-pushed large rows of data via API for VP changes, cost center changes, worker access changes, location changes, and other compliance measurements, etc.
Rapidly diagnosed errors, configured successful alignments, and then uploaded API customized updates ahead of scheduled integration periods. Case story writing was minimized during this time, as I was the SPOC.
