Payroll Processing.

Execute with prior approval, Soft loans, education loan, Group Medical Insurance & other HR Benefits.

Effectively manage bonus & other incentive payouts calculations for entire team.

Leave Accounting & Management.

Responsible for PF, ESI,SALARY SLIP and other related responsibilities.

Process owner Full & Final Settlement.

Collating the new joiners data and sending it to the respected team

Processing others payments of employees such as Incentive,Reimbursement etc.

Salary revisions / Changes during completion of probation

Preparing the various payroll changes every month. Training and Development:-

Identifying Training Needs of employees through a survey.

Ensuring timely training programs for all employees at all branches

Maintaining Training's Feedback Report.

Recruitment:

Screening and short-listing profiles, brainstorming with line managers for final shortlist

Independently interviewing candidates

Documenting the interview process and sharing feedback with line managers and consultants

Working on the Compensation structures of employees

Executing joining formalities for final selected employees

Handling the induction programmed for the new joined. Personnel:

Making employees aware of various HR policies.

Maintaining Personal files, Personnel Records and Confidential Records of all employees of all regions.

Generating Various letters - Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Probation Letter, Warning Letter, Termination Letter etc

Continuous updating of an online HR software

Marking sure that the separated employee's accounts are cleared within specified period.

Helping employees to avail various benefits available to them as and when required.

Managing the medical insurance for employees.

Maintaining Important documents like Leave records, Attendance Register, Muster Rolls etc.

Handling employee grievances.

Query Handing (Queries related to Salary, ESI, PF, Gratuity,etc.)

Liaising with various branch offices to ensure smooth operations.

Maintaining Monthly Headcount, New Joiners Report. Organization Development:-

Conducting Climate Survey and presenting it to the management.

Conduct internal salary survey and adjusting salary compression share it with management.
