NOTABLE PROJECT ACCOMPLISHMENTS AT GSA:

1.)Designed and installed 3-new domestic water pumps and automated DDC Controls in the Atlanta Summit Federal Bldg. that provides over $75,000 in yearly economic pay back savings for electrical energy use (2012).

2.)Designed / Installed 3 – new high efficient Boilers (DDC- Controls) in 2021 for the Huntsville, Al. Federal Bldg. that reduced yearly building energy use by $ 50,000 / year.

3.)Designed and installed 4-new Condensing Boilers and two 200 Ton Glycol Cooling Towers in the Atlanta Summit Federal Building between 2010 and 2013 that provides Energy Savings of over $65,000 per year.

4.) Served as the Lead GSA Mechanical Engineer for designing and constructing a New 55,000 Square Foot ($40 Million) Federal Courthouse in Savannah, Georgia (2018 to 2020). I was responsible for designing and installing all HVAC Systems (Boilers, Chillers, Water Cooling Towers, etc.) Plumbing, Advanced Metering, and DDC Open Protocol Control Systems.

5.) Designed and supervised the installation and start-up of 2-new high efficient Magnetic Bearing Centrifugal – VFD - Chillers, a Switchgear, a new 200 Ton Water Cooling Tower, seven AHU’s (12,000 CFM’s each), Advanced Metering, and a new Front End Open Protocol Lon Mark Approved DDC-Controls (with informative graphics screens) – Huntsville, Alabama (2013 through 2014). The Energy Savings for the newly installed high efficient Chillers is $ 80,000 / year.

6.) Served as the Lead GSA Mechanical Engineer for Designing & Constructing a new $81 Million Dollar Federal Courthouse Building in Mobile, Alabama (155,600 sq. ft. – 5 stories high); Serving as the Lead GSA Mechanical Engineer For Renovating an existing $35 Million Dollar Federal Courthouse building in Pensacola, Florida (48,000 sq. ft. – 3 stories high).
