Rise Summit Event by New U Life

I played a pivotal role in the preparation and execution of New U Life’s 2025 Rise Summit Event, a major 3-day gathering for the company’s North American distributor network. From the earliest planning stages, I led the creative direction by developing a fresh event logo and comprehensive brand guide to ensure cohesive visual identity across all platforms. In the months leading up to the summit, I designed all event-related communications, including a series of engaging email campaigns and dynamic social media graphics to drive excitement and attendance. I was also responsible for designing all onsite materials—event banners, directional signage, large-scale stage backdrops, printed agendas, recognition certificates, flyers, and promotional materials—creating a polished and inspiring atmosphere for attendees.

Simultaneously, I played a key role in the complete interior rebranding of New U Life’s new corporate headquarters. With only two months to prepare, I worked closely with leadership to transform the space with branded wall graphics, office signage, and decor elements, ensuring a seamless extension of the company’s updated identity. Balancing the demands of both massive projects on a tight timeline required intense focus, creativity, and collaboration—ultimately contributing to a highly successful event and a reinvigorated brand presence.
