• Manage the RMA queue and ensure tickets are resolved and closed within the defined service time frame. Respond to employees’ requests for updates on RMA status and promptly follow up as needed.

• Responsible for handling returned systems as RMAs, including the initiation of necessary procedures in case of return.

• Conduct thorough inspections of the returned systems to determine their status, identifying and documenting any defects.

• Take the initiative to contact the client, providing details about the RMA, shipping information, and requesting a trouble ticket to gather comprehensive information from their initial interaction with the end user. Page 3 of 3

• Share inspection findings with the client, aligning with the system's status in about 95% of cases. In the remaining 5%, collaborate with the client to determine the appropriate course of action, whether addressing end user complaints or shipping the system back to the client before reaching the end user.

• Manage the replacement process for RMAs, ensuring the replacement of essential components such as Motherboards, Percs, Backplanes, RAM, CPU, iDRACs, iLOs, NIC Daughter Cards, and internal flex bays, along with all associated cabling.

• Coordinate with clients for provision of end-user support (e.g. Hardware Vendor technicians for warranty repair/replacement)

• Perform employees support related security and controls and compliance related tasks such as access reviews, risk assessments,
