● Assist in implementation & design of recruitment program utilizing alumni as liaison between university & students
● Counsel students and their families to evaluate potential to excel in placement venues upon graduation
● Develop creative recruitment strategies meeting if not exceeding staffing needs
● Manage recruitment phases including defining hiring needs & posting available positions to meet requirements
● Assist management with business presentations, reviews, meetings, and communications
● Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruitment

● Coach various individual and group clients in the areas of but not limited to Women in Transition, Women and Self Esteem, Parents of Special Needs Children, and Relationship Skills

● Assess and critique client resumes to evaluate documentation of work history
● Interview clients to identify marketable skills as related to career objectives and goals
● Teach and model strategies for matching job experience to target job descriptions in preparation for key interviews
● Rehearse clients using model scenarios to ensure continuity of documentation and presentation
