Work closely with internal departments in project preparation and execution. Reviewed the interior design requisitions for brand standard and supplier compliance, ensuring that purchase orders were distributed to suppliers, and facilitated all shop drawings and required approvals. Managed the approved budget and submitted detailed tracker reports reconciliation efforts, including resolution of any discrepancies by obtaining all supplier and carrier invoices and/or credits and submitting them to the accounting department for immediate processing.
