Processing of License Renewals duties involve the following:
Reviewing legal documents such as Insurance, Health and Fire Inspections, Corp Status, Statutory Declarations, Government Identification. Entering the information into our data system ASTRAL and producing the License for the accommodations.
Duty to Notify: ensure that the Duty to Notify (DTN) is complete, redact all personal and identifiable information of residents. Upload, make notes and send them to Intake Officers.
Maintain the Accommodation Standards tracking system: maintain the shared email inbox, answer calls, and provide callers with referrals or other areas of GOA. Defuse difficult calls when needed.
Other duties include training of new temporary staff on the various responsibilities of the Licensing processor role and providing support. Uploading documents (using DIMG) for imaging into correct accommodation ID and selecting the correct document type as per LCMB’s name conventions.
