● Three-way matching, purchase orders, receipts and vendor invoices- contact vendors for all invalid/ incorrect invoices.
● Review POs for sufficient funds to cover invoices, review sales and use tax to ensure appropriate charges.
● Forward invoices to various divisions for approvals.
● Add new vendors and update information for existing vendors.
● Also processed non-PO invoices including utilities, rents, expense reimbursements, check request and all recurring invoices.
