I was one of three chosen out of over a hundred CoreCivic applicants. The CLEAR brand identifies and stands for CoreCivic Leadership Experiences and Rotations. Case Manager I, Case Manager II, and Case Manager Supervisor Crowley County Correctional Facility * 6564 Hwy. 96, Olney Springs, Colorado 81062 As the Case Manager Supervisor, I was responsible for supervising 18 Case Manager I employees and monitored the counseling services for inmates/residents and their families, in which I served. It was my job to assist in the development, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the facility Case Management and Counseling Services on an on-going basis. I Supervised subordinate case managers and counseled staff on the performance of their duties and evaluated as prescribed by the facility and corporate policy. I made recommendations to other supervisors concerning personnel matters such as employment, retention, promotion, and merit increases; counseling and disciplining employees who violated corporate and facility policies. I performed with a very high degree of independence and professional administrative skills using sound independent judgment, meeting responsibilities, and performing the duties of the position; setting programmatic goals, ensuring court-ordered conditions were met, and the re-establishment of his/her family and community ties as required. I also ensured that all contractual deadlines were met, and consistently evaluated the offender’s monitoring and documentation in accordance with the CoreCivic, CDOC, ACA and PREA standards. I pride myself on providing Exceptional Customer Service that complies with Core Civic policies and procedures as well as the state of Colorado Department of Corrections.
