Export data from Bluebeam into Excel for pricing. Prepare proposals outlining what is being furnished, installed, both or excluded, provide any clarifications, other costs etc. Clearly and visibly outline price, breaking out any additional costs, alternates, breakout by floors. Upkeeping accurate employee information within Paycom and providing support to users for any functions. (Some experience with Gusto as well and willing to learn other systems as needed) Answering support tickets through our ticketing system for current and former employees as needed providing any help or information requested in a timely manner. Managing documents and checklists to be used within the system such as various HR documents, layoff and exit documents, etc, as well as assigning them to employees as needed. Worked closely with HR department to maintain accuracy and up-to-date information. Process workflow or organization changes within the company, whether as an approver or a final approver, to ensure accuracy and for keeping a paper trail of any changes requested. Furnish various reports upon request from various departments and directors as needed. (Would describe Excel knowledge somewhere between basic and intermediate user, but able to search up solutions as well as always trying to add to my skillset)
