Set-up and led 4 global Support Call Centers in India, Columbia, Brazil, and USA to support 18,000 customers and led significant metric improvements across the board (20 to 50% improvement) – Oil & Gas
At GAP, successfully led 5 major infrastructure expansion projects to completion (including large and complex distribution center expansion) to double the capacity from 500K orders per day to 1 million.
