August 2001- September 2024 Sodexo Live!/Centerplate: District Controller/Unit Controller:

Cash and vault management.

Inventory analysis and control.

Supervision of account payable, receivable, payroll, and vault.

Regularly review financial position with management. Includes monitoring of Cost of Goods, Labor Costs and Other operating Costs.

Develop annual budgets.

Prepare and monitor weekly/monthly forecasts. Reviewing results with Management.
