Design/Develop a Debit Card Settlement Automation process to replace a Manual Process using spreadsheets with Manual input from MPTS and Fidelity Reports. Assist with the High and Detail level design of the JOBS and programs.
Meet with vendors on setting up 11 new FTP incoming data extracts and acceptable format for each MPTS report required for system input. Meet with General Ledger Business owners weekly to gather business data requirements and rules to translate raw data and calculate correct values for Month-end settlement and Month-end General Ledger entries and Balance.
Program new COBOL and Dyl280 Program/JOBS/Procs/IDCAMS/FTPs and Setup New Schedules for Daily/Monthly Process to pull daily incoming Credits from 11 Daily FTP Files from MPTS Vendor. Use ChangeMan to manage new and updated components, build packages, verify components and perform Production installation verification process.
Created a Monthly to process for Debit totals from Fidelity Report (ATM Transactions) and Credits totals for monthly Settlement Report. Once the report was approved by Business a month-end process ran to create General Ledger Entries and Audi Balancing Report for Business.

Analysis, Design, Develop, Test and Implement new Credit Card Fulfilment System functionality to capture and report the status of cards and disclosure letters throughout the Fulfillment Process.
The new process met all system availability business service level agreements.
The purpose of this project was to allow the business to account for every Credit Card Request throughout the Fulfillment Process whereas before the credit card request would go into the process and cards would not be produced. Then business would only find out after the fact when the customer called in to complain. This business was extremely pleased and exceeded their expectations. For now, the business has a proactive way to manage the Credit Card Fulfillment process and address the issues as the happen and account for all Credit card Request.
