Compensation
Base Compensation
Your hourly rate is paid bi-weekly as earned in the amount of $20.00 per hour. This position is classified as non-exempt which means you are eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of forty hours per week. CIG's pay week is from Sunday to Saturday.
All wages earned may be subject to applicable taxes, garnishments and/or deductions.

You are eligible to enroll on the first day of the month following an initial 60-day waiting period that commences on your start date. You will be automatically enrolled on your eligibility date at a 3% pre-tax deduction unless you opt-out of the plan or elect a different contribution amount prior to your enrollment date. Vacation/ PTO You will be eligible to accrue Paid-Time Off (PTO) in accordance with the policy set forth in the Employee Handbook. Holidays will be paid with 8 hours of straight time and include: New Year Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, The day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and one (1) floating holiday.
Schedule Our operations are 24x7 and schedules are determined based on customer needs. Training during the first weeks of employment is generally required and usually performed during normal business hours. Once training is complete, you will be assigned to a schedule. This could mean regularly or variably working days, nights, weekends and/or holidays. The schedule is always subject to change. This offer of employment is further based upon our understanding that you are not a party to any agreements with your former employers or any other party that would prohibit you from exerting your best efforts in performing your job duties on behalf of the company in the position described above.
