I am the supervisor of seven employees. I oversee all daily operations including the care of 16 individuals with global disabilities covering ADLs (Hoyer lift) activities, specified dining plans and data collection for individual’s goals. While caring for individuals, I met with clinicians to update Day Habilitation Service Plans with all the needed components. Attends building management, yearly CARF review accreditation prep, interdisciplinary support, Individual support meetings, handling all caseload management needs. Educational and Activity planning were regularly enacted. Planned and prepared companywide month-long community outreach program that was presented to company officials.

Planned, prepared, and presented activities to an entire floor of Memory Care residents in an Assisted Living community. Instructed adults with learning disabilities and physical limitations preparing them for social interaction and career placement. This included writing a curriculum, creating multimedia lessons, presenting information to participants, tabulating individual goals for case management documentation, and managing social group outings. Taught exercise and cooking classes.
I was the Human Rights Officer for the Wakefield office. Classroom instruction was given to clients so they knew their human rights. This position also entailed representing day program clients when determining fair treatment given by others.

Assist various clients in private homes and assisted living, caring for physically and mentally disabled people. This included collaborating with nurses and physical and occupational therapists and assisting in balance, strength, and endurance exercises.
