·Worked at a beauty store and had to sale products to customers. Had to make sure it was what they needed, because they were doing it themselves, like color, nails and makeup.
·Working at McDonald’s and having to satisfy customers with the food they were purchasing was a tough job. Working in the food industry is very hard. I learned a lot about dealing with customers and different situations and how to handle any issues they had and tried my best for them to be happy at the end.

·Worked there for almost 5 years and became a lead and process coordinator. I was responsible for the assembly line and that my co-workers were doing their job according to their process. Was in charge of all paper work and putting important information into the computer daily. My job was very important because they depended on me for the machine to be built right. Any mistake was critical to the product and having to rework it would take up time and money and that would not be good for the company. Also when we had a new hire I had to do the training at whatever job they were assigned. So I also had to know every job done on the assembly line.

·I became a manager shortly after I started working there. I was trained as a cashier then as a drive thru cashier. And before coming a manager I was trained in the kitchen. As manager I was in charge of a daily check list and making sure we had everything we needed to run my shift. Had to count registers and count the safe. At the end of my shift I had to enter totals of the registers into the computers. When I didn’t have enough people for my shift I had to step in and do several jobs while also dealing with customers and making sure they were satisfied with their food. Also did the interviews for new hires.
