Responsible for leading the teams, to provide the Solutioning and implementing the Customers requirements, which are not part of the out of the box features.

Well versed with HRP features, and connector integration, web services, customizations, implementing the Integration tests and unit tests to cover the implantations. Actively involved in Story creations of customer requirements, acceptance criteria and Business scenarios coverage for QA testing.

Mentored number of developers from Onsite and Offshore teams and helped them to quickly get on to the HRP complex system and made them to be very productive. Worked as one of the SME of HRP and HRP integrations in the last few years.

These applications are implemented in Java, J2EE technologies, STRUTS and Oracle (PL/SQL) Database. Responsibilities included, new feature implementation such as integrating with the back-end Web Services responses and resolving the integration issues in production.

Provided subject matter expertise and technical support to resolve problems that are functional, configuration, and data issues in production for online portal applications including SSO, Consumer Ordering, account overview, registration, activation, single sign on, bill view & bill pay, email access. Responsible for feasibility study & functional requirements for new project initiatives. I used J2EE, JSP, JQuery, Java, XML & HTML, Web Services, Oracle and SQL databases on Weblogic servers to accomplish the customization required.
