• Successfully started Whitestone as the first hire and collaborated with new owners, directors, and 90% of new care staff. This allowed us to better understand the best practices and communication needs of each department.

• Due to our efforts, the census grew from 26 residents to 72, which is more than 300% growth within a truly short time.

• Developed all new agreements, marketing materials, daily reports, policies, and procedures.

• Is a key role in the renovation and remodels of the cottages, including project management for contractors needed for paint, flooring, lighting, and furniture, while keeping below budget.

• We also opened and added 30 additional rooms to accommodate our rapid growth.

• Facilitate the entire move-in process, from generating leads to conducting and coordinating tours, through qualification and final move-in contract agreement.

• Conduct daily property walkthroughs to ensure the community is ready for guests.
