The FEC shall be appointed who shall be overall responsible for the actual approval of all proposed

(multi-disciplinary) changes, to avoid nice to have actions and unnecessary delay in construction planning.

The appointed FEC will discuss all forwarded changes with the applicable disciplines to ensure that the

initiated change is mandatory and that all disciplines are aware of the required input expected from their discipline.

Furthermore the FEC will ensure that all major changes which have cost or schedule impackt are communicated with the PM of the respective scope.

Monitoring of the actual TQ’s will be done via Enovia.

FEI’s local with amount of max. € 100.000,- (signed by the FEC).

The Site Engineering Team will take spot checks per discipline during the complete construction period,

to assure that changes made to the final RFC issued discipline documents are marked up as indicated on the applicable TQ’s / FEI’s.

Interaction with NAM concerning design changes can only take place via the FEC.

Responsible for assisting in review of detailed design documentation where required in conjunction with the relevant Field Engineers with particular emphasis on E&I/Civil/Mechanical/Piping technical issues.

Assist and ensure coordination of all activities with the other specialists within the project team.

Manage and Coordinate the As built Documentation Review.

Manage the resolution of Punch List items raised from Construction / Pre-commissioning / Commissioning of all the teams that are assigned to Engineering.
