initiated change is mandatory and that all disciplines are aware of the required input expected from their discipline.
Furthermore the FEC will ensure that all major changes which have cost or schedule impackt are communicated with the PM of the respective scope.

The Site Engineering Team will take spot checks per discipline during the complete construction period,
to assure that changes made to the final RFC issued discipline documents are marked up as indicated on the applicable TQ’s / FEI’s.
Interaction with NAM concerning design changes can only take place via the FEC.
Responsible for assisting in review of detailed design documentation where required in conjunction with the relevant Field Engineers with particular emphasis on E&I/Civil/Mechanical/Piping technical issues.
