The two federal health care applications were: The Retro Respective Review System (RRS) used to review claims submitted by providers. In the Retro Respective Review System duties included:
a) Modifying the existing Retro Respective Review System (RRS) to handle two new case types for COVID claims. Application development: Reverse engineering current RRS application for maximum code reuse, used Enterprise Class Structure implementation and frameworks, access groups, operators, rule sets, Work Queues, Work Groups, creating team applications and development branches, etc.
b) User Interface design: adding fields, applying proper edits and visibility to fields, etc.
c) Processing design: modifying steps for proper routing to work baskets, modifying decision tables, etc.
d) Integrated with a simulated database (Information Warehouse) for claim information.
In the OMNI client management application duties included:
a) Modifying the existing OMNI application to track calls related to Buckley Prime Service Area.
