Conducted product Bill of materials, as well as quality audits on the shop floor(Production lines), simulations, vibration, wind tunnel, and rain testing.

1. Standardization of top panels for all AC, Gas Units & Heat Pumps of Light Commercial Package product range, resulting in major cost saving on Inventory, Operations and Scrap.

2. Significant reduction of parts for facilitating setting of Fans and Motors on top panels for Medium chassis as well as Small chassis units of Light Commercial Package units, resulting in much faster assembling and hence saved time, as also eliminating setting errors.

3. Helping the vendor for Economizers, obsoleting their standard(low) leak Economizers and instead standardizing their Ultra Low leak Economizers with modified Genesis blades.

4. Part reduction for Indoor Tubing assemblies for Medium chassis Light Commercial Packaged units, resulting in great reduction in valuable space required to store material on the Production lines, lending ease of assembling and hence hence reduction in production time and also drastic decrease in scrap.
