Responsible for the direct support with General contractor and Client relations, budgets, pricing for change orders, pricing for quotations/bids negotiating, job log management, job binder & job start packages, scheduling, safety support, job meetings, time management, ongoing training, code requirements, low voltage design, engineering coordination, and problem solving. Understand basic general construction and means. Knowledge/Understanding & the ability to estimate multiple disciplines, including general contracting, electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural. Experience in preparing change order estimates and negotiating cost proposals with contractors. Performing monitoring and management of assigned construction projects in progress and/or bidding in relation to acceptable installation practices, bid documents, specifications, contract documents, manufacturer’s requirements, startup, applicable testing etc Understand the review process for: Submittals, plans and specifications, shop drawings, contract changes, building codes, industry standards, technical manuals, and etc. against work in progress.
