Responsible for the direct support with General contractor and Client relations, budgets, pricing for change orders, pricing for quotations/bids negotiating, job log management, job binder & job start packages, scheduling, safety support, job meetings, time management, ongoing training, code requirements, low voltage design, engineering coordination, and problem solving. Understand basic general construction and means. Knowledge/Understanding & the ability to estimate multiple disciplines, including general contracting, electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural. Experience in preparing change order estimates and negotiating cost proposals with contractors.
