Scope: Governance and compliance of domestic payroll processing, providing daily management and development of a professional payroll processor and a HR clerical administrator.

Responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll department to ensure timely and accurate payrolls, tax compliance for multi-state operations, auditing and payroll project management. Retail Convenience and Petroleum distribution company consisting of 50+ convenience and petroleum retail operations. Approximately 1200 biweekly retail and corporate employees.
