HRIS ADMINISTRATOR, WHELEN ENGINEERING; CHESTER CT — 2019-PRESENT Overhauled main HRIS (Dayforce), improving employee satisfaction by 80%, reducing transactional workload by over 50%, and keying errors by 90%. Created step-by-step job aids for over 40 HR processes and customized hiring forms. Partnered with payroll, finance, IT, security, and training departments to develop regular reporting feeds connecting data across the organization, creating automated data integrity for the first time in the company’s history. Developed performance management and compensation processes from scratch, implementing modules in record time (10 and 12 weeks where the standard is a minimum of 18).
