Professional Experience
S of I Consulting, Rosemead, CA Dec 2021 – Dec 2024
Delivery Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) for a $22M program migrating 40 applications and associated data from on-prem to the cloud (Snowflake). This program delivered $15M of hard savings and $11M of soft savings. Concurrently served as Delivery Manager for a $10M program upgrading SCE’s IT Service Management system which is going end-of-life. This program will deliver about $500K operational cost savings per year going forward. Both programs were completed on time and on budget.
