Professional Experience

S of I Consulting, Rosemead, CA Dec 2021 – Dec 2024

Delivery Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) for a $22M program migrating 40 applications and associated data from on-prem to the cloud (Snowflake). This program delivered $15M of hard savings and $11M of soft savings. Concurrently served as Delivery Manager for a $10M program upgrading SCE’s IT Service Management system which is going end-of-life. This program will deliver about $500K operational cost savings per year going forward. Both programs were completed on time and on budget.

Citrom Home Automation, West Hills, CA Oct 2017 – Oct 2020

Project Manager / Business Process Analyst

Developed custom Outlook code in Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and integrated with Trello™ and IFTTT (If This Then That) to improve project monitoring and control and back-office communication with field staff. Developed an Excel proposal generator in VBA to automate proposal generation and management of proposal versions and eliminate sources of human error. Executed multiple projects implementing automation solutions, enhancing customer communication and business process efficiency by 25%, helping the business grow from a Lutron Platinum Dealer in 2018 to a Lutron Diamond Dealer in 2019.
