Responsible for all aspects of marketing the facility to obtain residential clients for Assisted Living and Independent Living Facility. Responsible for media and advertisement, attending networking events, design and setup of all trade shows and individual sales calls on physician and other quality lead sources. Responsible for assessing prospective residents to determine the qualification and appropriate level of service needed. Also assist in marketing all sister facilities owned and operated by the company. Responsible for all aspects of assistant manger duties, to assist the administrator and assist with any job duties they have including, charting shift change, and handling all concerns and needs for staff, resident, and resident families.
