● Oversaw supply chain operations for importing over $600 million in replacement parts for Ukraine’s power grid, which included importing items globally into Ukraine and delivery and installation at the sites.

● Directed a team of seven procurement experts, managing third-party procurement for the $920 million USAID-funded Energy Security Project

(ESP), providing support, in-depth market analysis, and cost reasonableness assessments, contributing specialized expertise to complex procurement processes when required.

● Supported resource management and quality control through root cause analysis, the development of a procurement-as-a-service delivery playbook, policies, training materials, and best practice frameworks.

● Lead the creation, support, and continuous improvement of delivery capabilities, approaches, frameworks, and roadmaps.
