Duties include daily processing of titles for vehicles up for auction and previously auctioned to customers. Processing occurs electronically on the fleet lease application, as well as through various state DMV websites and processes. As a designated hitter, I acted as both a front desk representative as well as an assistant in the pharmacy. Duties included assisting customers at the register, keeping an orderly store via constant stocking, organizing, and cleaning, and collaboration with suppliers to ensure upkeep of stock. When aiding with the pharmacy, I filled prescription refills as needed, aided pharmacists and pharmacy technicians as asked, and helped customers at check-out.
General Manager – Charley’s Cheesesteaks June 2020 – April 2022
As general manager, I handled the upkeep of the entire restaurant. I always acted as a leader for a roster of 8-10 employees, managed the schedule for everyone that worked at the restaurant, trained new employees on procedures and policies, and watched financial activity for discrepancies. In addition to my managerial duties, I also fielded telephone calls and complaints from customers, processed customer orders, and supported proper stock of all items within the store. During my time as manager, the restaurant reduced annual expenses and achieved all sales and profit goals.
